The "look" and "feel" of the Web Site is also subject to trademark and other applicable restrictions. The Web Site acts as a portal for employers to post job opportunities and job seekers to post resumes. The Company is not involved in the actual transaction between job seekers and employers. The Company operates in good faith to protect all users of the Web Site. However, the Company has no control over the jobs or resumes available, the accuracy of any information, the ability of employers to offer specified opportunities or the ability of job seekers to fill positions. Termination of Services
PBEO.com reserves the right to pursue all of its legal remedies in order to protect the Web Site and its users. These actions may include but are not limited to deletion of Employer postings from this Web Site, termination of Job Seekers subscription due to actions deemed as a threat to the Company, immediate termination of your registration or ability to access the Web Site, and termination of all other service provided to you by the Company.
