How Much Does it cost to attend the Job Fair?
Non-Member Price= $200 (price good until October 29), plus sales tax (7%)
Current Member Price= $150 (price good until October 29), plus
sales tax (7%)
Onsite registration fees will increase by $50 for both current and non PBEO members.

What is the dress attire?
Business attire is suggested. Jacket and tie for the men and a suit/dress pants/skirt with collared shirt for women. Dress to impress.

What types of positions are available?
Internships and fulltime positions are available in a
variety of job categories such as Sales/Marketing, Ticket Operations, Advertising/Sponsorship, Public Relations, Merchandising, Internships, Concessions, Business/Accounting/Finance, Community Relations, Mascot, Media Relations, Play-by-Play, Stadium Operations, Groundskeeper, GM/Assistant GM, Clubhouse/Equipment Manager., Group Sales, Computer, Administrative Assistant.

What is the breakdown in the number of internships vs. full-time
positions?
70% internships vs. 30% full-time positions.
A majority of the internships are from
Class A leagues and below.

Which days should I attend?
Your travel plans should include arriving on Saturday, December
3, in order to attend the
Business of Baseball Workshop on Sunday and staying through the afternoon of Wednesday, December
7, in order to be available for interviews.

Will internet access be provided for attendees?
No, internet access will not be available in any of the Job Fair areas.

How many copies of my résumé should I bring?
We always say that you can't bring too many and don't think that 50 is
overkill as having copies made onsite can be costly.
Play-by-Play applicants should submit a demo tape
or CD and résumé in an envelope (8.5" x 5.5").
- How do I apply for a position at the Job Fair and how do I get
an interview?
Make sure to read through the
Job Posting and Interview processes on the
General Info page.
- How many positions are posted at the PBEO Job Fair and how many
people attend?
There are typically between 450-550 jobs listed
each year.
About the same amount of job seekers attend.

Do I need to register now or can I wait?
Either way. If you register in advance (by October
29), you will receive your registration materials (name badge) prior to the event. If you wait to register onsite in Orlando, the price will increase by $50. Either way, we will not limit the number of attendees.
